Workshop visits are by appointment. This makes sure we’re here to meet you and can give you and your clock the time you need.
We’re normally available Monday–Friday, 11am–2pm, by appointment. Please contact us before travelling so we can arrange a convenient time.

You don’t need to know what type of clock it is or what has gone wrong. Just tell us what you can. A photograph is particularly helpful if you have one.
